Airex exercise mats stand out for their durability and versatility. This Airex Hercules exercise mat also stands out for its comfort and size, being one of the largest mats in the range. Designed for long-term use, the Hercules is a must-have for physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, rehabilitation, stretching, floor exercises, and strength training.

Comfortable and non-slip, it is made from closed-cell foam with an "integrally molded skin" for increased resistance. Lightweight, weighing approximately 7.3 kg (16 lbs), it is easy to move and reposition repeatedly. Its exceptional comfort makes it an ideal, soft, and cushioned support for floor and mat-based exercises.

Perfect for traditional exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and lunges, it also serves as an excellent base for any Airex pad. Measuring over 2 meters in length, the Hercules offers generous dimensions of 200 cm x 100 cm (79" x 39") and optimal comfort with a thickness of 2.5 cm (1"). It is ideal for all therapy applications, exercises, and training.

Ultra-soft and tear-resistant, its transverse ribbing pattern is molded into the material to prevent cracks and holes while ensuring enough flexibility to be rolled up for easy transport and storage. Its incredible durability makes it an ideal mat for use in gyms, studios, spas, wellness centers, and even outdoors. That is why Airex mats are frequently found in Olympic training camps, performance centers, fitness studios, and clubs worldwide.

This mat is blue, but other colors are available. Thanks to its high buoyancy, the Hercules is a preferred choice among therapists and patients in hydrotherapy. It is also equipped with an integrated "Sanitized" hygiene protection, preventing odor formation and inhibiting the growth of fungi, bacteria, and mildew. Maintenance is simple: rinsing with soapy water is sufficient. Then, shake off the excess water and allow it to air dry. Damp mats should not be stored in lockers or confined spaces.

Airex mats are always latex-free. They are safe in unexpected ways, as their edges remain flat and do not curl over time, preventing tripping hazards.
