The Ultra-light (Beige) and Extra light (Yellow) Power-Web exercisers allow performing full range of exercises at the beginning of rehabilitation program with low levels of resistance.

The Light (Red) and Medium (Green) allow for a moderate range of motion but greater resistance, and is useful for advanced rehabilitation as well as general hand strengthening.

The Heavy (Blue) and Extra heavy (Black) provide the most resistance. They are inappropriate for certain exercises that use a very weak muscle group (i.e. finger abduction).
