The D-ACTOR applicators can be used with a variety of transmitters for the generation of shockwaves. Each transmitter has its own characteristic effect and area of use. The majority of transmitters generate shockwave, whereas the D20 and D35 transmitters generate both shockwaves and vibrations.
The R15 transmitter is a 15 mm transmitter offering radial spreading.
Indications for R15 transmitter:
Radial pressure wave therapy and all tendinopathies.
Energy flux density: 0.38 mJ/mm2.
Penetration depth: 0 - 40 mm.
