Molded plastic incline board can be permanently mounted or clamped on a table top. Vary angle to provide different shoulder extension. Incline board is 31" high, 8.5" wide and has a 24" base. Use with both hands for a bilateral exercise or with single handle. Handle piece measures 2.75" x 5.5" x 8.5". Weights (sold separately) can be added for increased resistance.
