Why choose a complex password with special characters?

Because we're concerned about the security of our customers' information, and with technology constantly evolving (not to mention the persistence of hackers), passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters long, including:

  • 1 uppercase letter,
  • 1 lowercase letter,
  • 1 number
  • and a minimum 8 characters

Please note that the order of the characters is not important.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

Can I change my password and other information on my account?
